IL Government Seal

As you may know, the House did not pass Senate Bill 2046, which includes funds for domestic violence, sexual assault services, and many more social services across our state. Prior to the House considering SB 2046, Governor Rauner had announced he would veto the bill. We are now 3 months into the FY16 budget and our efforts to secure general revenue funds must continue.

We need YOU to make a difference by making a phone call!

Beginning today and going until Tuesday, September 29th at 4:30 pm, we need YOU to call Governor Rauner and Speaker Madigan urging them to sit down together and reach an agreement for the budge FY16. It is time to end this budget impasse!
